My husband went to the doctor yesterday for a check-up. He proudly told him that he has lost 20 pounds through portion control, healthy choices and exercise. Unfortunately, they told him his goal should be to lose 30 more pounds.
I knew my guy was a big guy - but I had no idea he needed to drop 50 to be out of the "overweight" range. I'm totally shocked.
Worse yet - if he does it, I will definately have to lose another 10 or 15 pounds, cause he'll be super skinny!

It seems daunting to him - but he set the new number as his end goal.

That's good that he is listening and wants to do it. Your support will be really important. Didn't you guys do the insanity(or something like that) together? Are you still doing it?
