The body is supposed to have more lymph fluid than blood. A couple of exercises.
Breath in for 4 counts, hold for 16 counts and release in 2 counts.
Jump up and down plyometrics.

Um, you might want to check the spelling of the thread title.
Other than that, how does this exercise help the lymphatic system?

I caught the spelling. My bad.
The breathing exercise presses the lymph fluid and gets it moving. I originally got that from some Tony Robbins materials. Recently, I found the jumping or plyometrics in one of the online health mags, Youtube or Fitbie. The lymph fluid doesn't have a pump like the blood supply does.
A few rounds of the breathing or jumping gets the fluid moving. It seems obvious to me that strength training and most exercises would work but a conversation with someone versed on lymph fluid said no.
I''m no medical person but I did have a cancer patient ask me one time how to get the lymph fluid moving through her system. For her, it was too late.
Tomorrow, I'll try to run down some references on volume of lymph fluid in the body and the internet plyometric exercise.

Better explanation of how the lymph system works. The lymph fluid is 5 1/2 gallons about 3 times more than blood.
Run time 7:54 minutes - Lymplex Lymph Node Cleansing Part 1
Part 2 run time 7:53 minutes (last 2 minutes is an ad)
ETA: I do not sell Lymplex and do not make a recommendation for it.
