Interesting but I wouldn't want to do it. I see folks at the f.c. with sweats outfits on doing fast cardio. I am happy where I am at.

That happens often...most of it was probably water weight.

Yeah, there is no way you're putting on any real weight in one day it's all water.
ETA: That being said, if that's his normal weight the addition of 20 pounds of water will most certainly help him in a fight.
