Cheese is a calorically dense food. It can be easy to eat more calories of cheese than you think.

Any food can hinder weight loss. I love cheese though and will not deny myself it. It has never prevented me from losing weight.

I am doing low-carb and eat quite a bit of cheese...it has not prevented me from losing weight. I have been on low-carb message boards and it does stall some of the posters.

Thanx, Miss T. I love low carb eating. Makes me feel less bloated.  I'd be interested in any low carb boards you suggest if u want to PM me. ;D I am not a member of the board that I visit (just a lurker). Got it! U r right it's lowcarbfriends dot com that's it! I got a ton of great ideas from there....there was a section with nothing but recipes...it was from there that I stumbled upon my delish chocolate bean cake...when I get time I will have to go back and see if there is anything new there. |
