Could we maybe edit the first post to add participants names and losses?

I struggle with not peeking every day too. But since the new year, I have forced myself to go to 1x/wk, and so far the pounds are dropping!

I'm down 9 pounds in 2.5 weeks. Even though I started this, I didn't do my first weigh in until Monday. I didn't own a scale.
I will say that my pants are getting pretty droopy.

Yes - so I didn't own on Friday, but bought one on Monday and so my starting weight is what it was on Monday.
Get it? I'm down 9 pounds from my weight on Monday the 24th.

I was originally down 8 pounds, but I put 3 pounds back on...and now I am down to 123. I was originally 130...so I guess that means I have lost 7 pounds.

Sigh, I've only lost 3 lbs since I started. At one time I had lost 6, but I guess it was a fluke. I immediately gained 3 lbs back.
My diet of one doesn't seem to be working - but I'll continue to exercise by walking. I'll continue to find a livable diet. I plan on adding more fruit and less processed food. I've been using less and less processed food.

I'm down 7 so far. I've been flat for the last week which is really frustrating. But it was TTOTM, so I'm hoping for a big drop this week. I'd settle for the scale just moving.

Doing better than I thought. I weighed myself late after eating both breakfast and lunch and I'm down 3-3.5lbs. total. Maybe my total loss is really 4lbs.

I haven' t posted lately because I haven't lost any more weight. I haven't gained either, so that's a plus. ETA: I have lost 15 pounds total since last July. On Wedenesday of this week, I was able to remove a ring that had been on my right hand for the past three years.
