Otherwise called exercising at your desk.
I've been doing push ups against my desk, walking lunges around my office, leg lifts and such.
I've been trying to sneak in a few extra minutes of exercise anywhere I can.
Anyone else do this?

Any exercise you do is great. I used to take 3 lb. dumbbells to work and exercise in the restroom for 15 minutes on break. I later worked at a place that had a weight machine and I used that. Light weights so I didn't break a sweat.
One nasty coworker said I came back to work smelling of sweat and reported me to the boss who had to check it out. The result was the weight bench was sprayed down and wiped off after use by those sweaty men.
Bottom line is don't brag to your lazy coworkers about your fitness program as it can bite you.

A couple of ideas for quick exercise but requires the floor. Try clapping of hands and feet in the prone position or swimming movements. Works almost everything.
The plank (push up position) either on your hands or elbows. No knees on the floor for core work.
On your back, legs and arms in air, pulse up with hands and feet for ab and core. Called the frog.
In a half squat with your arms in superman pose, hold. For waist and core, stay in that position and rotate your one had back then to center. You can do all one side or alternate sides.

Drop as close as you can get to a half squat and duck-walk back and forth across the room. It does tremendous things to your thighs.

I don't deskercise; office space too small. I do try to walk around the building floor once every hour. Every little bit helps.
