Eating out - with all the sodium that entails- packs the pounds on me. My record is 8 pounds in one weekend.
Fortunately, it goes away in a few days!

you can do it, were you just on leave or are you in the reserves / guard? Just curious if you may have access to organized PT or not?
most important thing is to first make sure you are within height / weight and/ or tape goals for your PT test, is 15 Sep your official PT test date? you don't want to be flagged

Rob you're giving me flashbacks! I hated getting up before the sun to do PT. I maxed out the test always because if you did you didn't have to do PT with everyone.

I don't know if you manipulate your body with food but on the days you cannot work out, maybe eating just protein. Another suggestion is grapefruit and 2 eggs for breakfast and lunch then eggs, grapefruit and tossed salad, no dressing for dinner. On the 2nd day same breakfast and lunch then dinner is steak, grapefruit and salad. That will drop about 5 lbs of water weight. If you have to snack, it's grapefruit. Other liquids are plain water and black coffee or tea.
Ramen Noodle Chicken Oriental Salad is also a good weight reducer. I use this salad as a maintainer a couple of meals a week.
We have a vested interest in your success. Nothing like putting the pressure on is there?

no dressing for dinner You think he should dine in the nude? Does that help you lose weight? As hot as it's been, yes; but don't let the EEgulls know. They'll flock in.

You're supposed to eat in the nude in front of a mirror. That's guaranteed to spoil the appetite of anyone over, say 25... I wish you well. I lost a bunch of weight after gaining a lot (I USED to be underweight) with the births of DD & DS. It's a lot of work after age 30, but YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Ratchets, I've survived a back injury too. My sympathy. Childbirth wasn't as bad as chronic back pain.
Did your physical therapist give you some stretching exercises to do? After I exercise, my back sometimes tightens up again, but if I do some stretching, I can do my usual routine...

Seems like your making progress. Keep it up and you will be to 200 in no time. Now if I could just have some of that extra weight, I could get to 200 at the same time.

Very nice plateau there at 227. There's a step down coming up.
I decided to drop some of my heat inflammation and did okay then grabbed the p. chips again.
