Last night I was talking to someone at the gym and they had this great quote "everybody else is working on six-pack abs, I'm trying to perfect the keg"

Nada. Very few people talk at our gym. If we do, the trainers will check to see if anyone is being bothered. The old shoulder to the grindstone.

Strange, people seem to talk quite a bit at my gym, I guess it becomes more of a social get together for a bunch of them. It's one of the places where all the locals hang out. We don't have any trainers walking around policing things, although it would be nice at times, theres this one guy who will never shut up, I try to avoid him, but sometimes he's the only other one in there.

Maybe they are talking about how hot and sweaty they are, about what they are going to do with all those leaves and whether or not they should take off their shirts.  |
