Whenever I drop 5 pounds, my bra size shrinks. Whenever I gain 5 pounds my pants get tight.
Does this happen to everyone? It is why I can't stand the thought of even trying to lose 5 pounds. Is this gravity at its worst?

I've heard that you lose weight from the top down. Don't know if that's true or not.
I tend to lose it pretty evenly, but I gain it evenly as well.
But your problem gives a whole new meaning to the term "bottoms up"

With each bounce I become more pear-like.
Now, I like to eat pears - but I don't want to be shaped like a pear.

When I've lost weight in the past, my already small chest gets smaller :/ and over the last 5 years since I've gained about 10 lbs, it's gotten a little more filled out. But, I'm really trying to lose 10lbs for my wedding, so, the bra size will just have to suffer And yes, weight-gain for me mostly goes straight for my hips and thighs I can deal with a small chest if I can get my hips/thighs appropriately toned!

Thyme I am exactly the same way. I just lost 6 pounds and most of it was in my boobs. My butt is still big.

I am a GG - they have not grown nor shrunk since high school. To my chagrin, weight gain or loss has absolutely no effect on the girls.

The way this usually works for me is I lose weight in my face. I pretty much gain and lose all over. I have done measuring to make sure I did not have a nerve issue when lifting weights.
Now I just need toning to show. A replacement for potato chips. The low fat Lays are the best but seldom are reduced price. I used to eat pounds of cottage cheese then replaced that with a calcium magnesium D3 complex twice a day. I am much more comfortable.
Measure places were: bicep each arm, over bust, bust and under bust, waist, hips, each thigh and each calf. From there, I would see where I would like to lose inches.

I gain in boobs plus all over, but there FIRST! I loose all over EXCEPT boobs! Actually, I gain mainly in my trunk & arms...butt just doesn't get bigger (small flat)! I think it is in the genes! So thank your ancestors for how you gain/loose!

Weight loss tends to be overall for me unless I'm stressed. I learned to chill out more when I realized that apple shape was a real thing with the Cortisol. I was always a larger or smaller hourglass before that happened. I'm happy to lose some weight in the chest if I get to lose it elsewhere too. I have to be model thin to be down to a B cup anyway.

I gain pretty evenly, but the girls are the first thing to go for me. The strange thing is that my butt doesn't seem to change much whether or not I gain or lose weight. Thank goodness.. can't imagine having a flat butt
