We were at a party yesterday with a bunch of friends that I haven't seen in awhile. Since it was pretty sunny, I was wearing shorts and a tank top. ALL DAY, people were coming up to me to compliment me on my muscles and tell me how fabulous I looked. I'm telling you by the end of the day I was feeling awesome! Especially since I haven't been to the gym in about a month.  Anyway, I had to share that with someone since I'm still on cloud nine. Wednesday is my official "Back to the gym" day and I can't wait! |

 Cant wait to get back to the gym, eh? Gurl, my hat off to you. I would love to have such great desire..  One day, soon, I am hoping for my muscles to rise and shine. I know they're beneath there somewhere..  Just gotta dig them out.. Skinny, that's fabulous and uplifting news.. Keep up the good work outs.. It helps relieve stress for sure..
