Is anyone else doing this program? I've completed just over a week and I just have to gush about it. I LOVE it. It's the hardest workout program I have ever done, but I am seeing results after just a week. The results keep me motivated, so I actually look forward to doing it every day.
It's a 6 day a week program of intense interval training. No weights or other equipment needed. But I promise, you will be drenched in sweat like you just stepped out of the shower when you are done. It's a 60 day program, so I'm excited to get there and see the final results.
Anybody have any success stories with this program? I would love to hear it.

I did it! It's a motherbiznitch!
P90X is LOT easier than Insanity. I did them both. P90X plyo workout doesn't even come close to Insanity. I love them both.

It's a great program....I'd like to say it gets easier, but that isn't actually true. It staus difficult, but you get better, do more, and keep your form longer.

I feel silly jumping around my living room. Rather do it in a gym?
