I workout at home mostly...(available 24/7 and saves on commute time/gas)..When I wake up and whatever I didn't get done I do the rest before going to bed if I can.

I prefer morning workout. If I workout first thing than nothing can come up during the day to get in the way...i.e. if I work out at 6:00 PM but then I get delayed at work or get otherwse sidetracked the workout my go by the wayside that day, but at 6:00 AM not so much will get in the way with your workout unless you can't make it out of the bed ....also I feel have more energy first thing in the AM and I feel it gives me an energy rush / adrenaline throughout the rest of the day that being said, wife prefers a PM workout, so guess what time of day I actually workout

I'm not a good evening workout person - usually by 6pm the kids have driven me batty and all I want to do is sit and have a glass of wine. It also seriously messes up our bedtime routine (the kids' bedtime routine that is). Now that school has started, I'm working out as soon as they are both off to school, so about 9am. I wish I could do it earlier since it pretty much kills my morning (2hr workout plus showering afterwards) but I'm so tickled to finally have some free time to myself after almost seven years that it doesn't bother me too much.

i work out in the early morning hours...anywhere from 1:00 to 4:00 am...good thing foe 24/7 gyms...

Well, I'm still doing my workout in the morning and I'm rowing in the evenings. It's working well for me.

I think I will work out early afternoon today.. My neighborhood is a great walking route, so I'll take advantage of it today.. I am an avid indoor tread-miller, but when the weather is ideal, I do like to go the scenic route instead of looking at my bookshelf and all while walking.
