It is sad that a thread devoted to our youngest and bravest is relegated to an obscure corner of the board. Ohio has made it a permanent practice to have the POW/MIA flag fly at all of its roadway rest stops. The practice will be to fly the tribute to our POW's and those missing in active combat below the national colors, but above the Ohio state banner, with all three flags on the same pole..
