Thanks for the tip; I use a slightly different method, but yours looks better!

Thanks for posting this, I've wanted to learn how to do tofu up properly and try it! DF may not touch it... maybe I can trick him and tell him it's something else, lol.

thanks from me too. I'm curious to try out tofu myself, but I'm actually really interested in the garlic sauce you mentioned in the OP. is it your own, or from a bottle? I haven't found one I like.
thanks!

I haven't found one I like. thanks! I just saw this! I make my own. The sauce is just 1/3c soy sauce, 1/2c water, and 3 tbsp cornstarch. How I make the dish is I first get the garlic and onion going, then I add broccoli, tofu, ginger powder, and cayenne pepper. Once the veggies are cooked (and the spices have bloomed, so to speak) I then add the garlic sauce and let it thicken and coat the veggies.

This is a great link! I've been doing it a little differently for years, but I'll give this one a shot. Thanks!

did ya hear the one story on the NY/NJ area news (maybe late last year) about the lady that applied for personal license plate to read: ILUVTOFU motor vehicles denied/rejected the plate....
