Supposed to be a high of 65 here tomorrow. It does not need to be above -20 f to have a margarita. Especially my home made ones. After all you are talking to El Conquistador.

I'm sporting a lovely full-back sunburn from this past weekend in Plymouth, MA. I spent the weekend with some very dear friends for a wedding, and can honestly say I'd never expect to get burned this badly on a 65 degree day.  to close out the summer, I've got a 4-day concert cruise in the Caribbean waiting for me - we leave Tampa for Cozumel on 9/29. |

Labor Day weekend is my husband's birthday. We either do a cookout at our house or meet up with his family. This year we went up to his family's house for the day. I'm not a real summer person. Much too hot and humid. I prefer Fall, so once Labor Day hits, I'm a happy little camper.

It happens to be Revolution Day this weekend, it's the equivalent to the 4th of July. So there will be parties and fireworks all over the beaches. I shall retreat to the sanctuary of my air-conditioning and a dip or two in the pool with adult beverages until I return to work on Monday. Let the weekend begin!!!
