HEY Granddad! You made it! I went over and left it Moon. I was hoping you wouldnt mind. And I am sure this will be a very busy thread once the others find their way. Gypsy's Guys has over 10,000 posts. That amazing.
So Granddad. How we going to get that kind of traffic over here? AG said he signed up. I have a question. That locked group fb thread. can any one else see what is posted on there? if I join will my posts I make there pop up on my fb page?

I saw that Lily. I had left one on the board closing announcement myself..
to the best of my knowledge, if you are part of a FB group, no one who is outside the group can see anything posted on the 'group wall'.. I am part of a fb group of people from here..
if you join, you will have a "groups" category on the left side, where you will see X posts to that group, plus I get a red bubble notification as well. that may depend on your preferences though. not sure.

No. Gypsy from the GT board is not the same person. At least I dont think so. I know some of the other boards regulars spent time there and like the rest of us kind of wandered away over time.

WoooHoooo! Babies are awesome. More so when they are some one elses at this point in life.
My daughter is 16 and I have to say every time I hear of a girl being pregnant I thank God it isnt my girl.

Is the captain still posting? I don't know if this gypsy will be posting here. She wasn't on the old boards too much recently. Lily, I agree...it's nice when it's someone else's baby. My wife has told our son that he and his girlfriend better be careful!!! The assumption is they will get married, but there still are issues to work out. |

AG, yes.. CD was on the old boards (from what I gather). I didn't ever really post with him - i think he may have been on DHH? Lily might know..
Do you mean Cap'n? from florida? he's around.. he's posted here a few times but he's very busy with work these days.

Thank you for the congrats. Selfishly, I hope all my grandkids arrive before I turn 60; I don't want to be one of those grandpas that just sits and watches. I know Mrs. YG would welcome them at any age.....and, of course, our children will do whatever/whenever.

Tell you the truth......except for you, Gypsy and David....the gang is pretty much checking in on that locked Facebook account.
Nothing wrong with 60 (I'll be there in 2 1/2 years).....it's just that when you're approaching 75, sometimes you can't run around with 12 year old grandkids. I knew 3 of my grandparents well. When I came along, they were 64, 62 and 53. I don't have to tell you which one was the most fun as I was growing up.
Guess you saw that long email from Gypsy, Jeff. I invited her (again) to check in on Facebook. Same offer goes to you. ;D
