NY Jet's ready to win for NYC, Rex Ryan feeling pressure. www.ology.com/sports/jets-ready-win-new-york-city-911It takes a lot to make Rex Ryan feel small, but if there’s anything that can humble him, it’s the responsibility of coaching the Jets as they host the Cowboys this Sunday night, on the 10th anniversary of 9/11. Ryan said he’s never felt more pressure to coach any game. His players are taking it seriously, as well. “I think we have a great responsibility to play the best football we’ve ever played,” Jets tight end Dustin Kelller told the New York Post. “(New Yorkers) should see the best football team that they’ve ever seen wear green and white,” Jets guard Matt Slauson said. “9/11 was on of the most tragic days in U.S. history. I mean, we have to play with the passion of our city.” The Jets are four-and-a-half point favorites.

Moved this here so it will get the attention of sports fans, Savoir Faire. Lots of folks don't post in P&M but are interested in sports!

This thread is not a sports oriented topic. It is tied into the 9/11 memorial.

It actually is sports oriented, but has a tie-in to 9/11. That's what makes it interesting to a lot of people. It's now open in both P&M and here.
