this deal stinks to high heaven

a 1 trillion cut in the next ten years with a limit raise of 2.4 trillion now, means that the fed budget will be increasing at a rate of 7 to 8% a year for the next ten years. and.......this is based on a gdp of 4% a year, which is 'pie in the sky' at least for the next 5 years.

even if the 2nd part of this "deal" goes as promised (? over 10 years) our national debt will be in the 30 trillion plus range.

when are we going to get real?

again, only force will get us to reality. look out greece.....here we come!

i don't get the tea party if they are willing to stand by the 'no new taxes', and then vote to agree with this 'shitty deal'.

where do they think the money comes from that backs up the debt incurred, which is called the federal deficit?

if the federal deficit is not a tax on americans, i don't know what is.

maui1, more than a year back the old 'tea party' was made out for what it really is,get some followers on the bandwagon of already broken promise,just don't let the followers know that. Do you get it? It's not any different than the rest of the SHAM WoW. Just part of, 'The BIG Picture.'

The Fed is no more than expanded it's operations which started back in the UK long ago. The so called federal deficit is not anything less than what I have explained as to one big happy family,the fed,imf,ecb,un,cfr,etc.,etc.

I have been saying and stating it for years. If you missed that Dr. Paul Craig Roberts 1hr. interview I posted about 3-4 weeks back,well he broke everything down in laymans terms and hit the nails right on the head.
Just what were you expecting or are you expecting to happen maui1?

i am still hoping that the tea party is for real and that they plan to change the direction of gov't.

then i was hoping for more of this type of a movement would continue in 2012, so that we could get back on track to being america again.

i might be delusional, but i realized the importance of my hopes and dreams for american children and their children.

maui1,nothing wrong with hopes and dreams. That is nothing wrong with them when based on honest integrity and action to reach such.
I as well think as to the future state of the children as well as the young and old in general. But those such as yourself,me and others are outnumbered as to the direction. And once again I encourage you listen to old Roberts if you have not done so already.
