Grappa is an alcoholic beverage, a fragrant grape-based pomace brandy of between 35% and 60% alcohol by volume (70 to 120 US proof) of Italian origin. Literally "grape stalk", most grappa is made by distilling pomace and grape residue (mainly the skins, but also stems and seeds) left over from winemaking after pressing. It was originally made to prevent waste by using leftovers at the end of the wine season. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:A_glass_of_tasty_grappa.jpgGrappa drinking...

biMetal- unfortunately with DH's job, it is very hard for us to plan travel time. I have had to push a cruise back 3 times because of his job. So many trips have had to be pushed back or I have had to go with just the kids on minivacations. We are hoping to FINALLY take that cruise in June when he gets back from Iraq.
We also have children that we have to schedule around. We can do summers, but unfortunately like I mentioned above, his job doesn't make it easy for us to plan trips.

The Neptune Memorial Reef also known as the Atlantis Memorial Reef or the Atlantis Reef is a underwater mausoleum for cremated remains and the world's largest man-made reef covering over 600,000 square feet of ocean floor. The place was chosen at 3.25 miles off the coast of Key Biscayne, Florida. It is a type of burial at sea and the first phase is estimated to be able to accommodate 850 remains, with an eventual goal of more than 125,000 remains.
The man-made reef located three miles off coast of Florida's Key Largo, opened in 2007...

mexico sculpture reef
Cancun Underwater Museum Cancun Underwater Museum is a series of sculptures by Jason DeCaires Taylor placed underwater off the coast of Isla de Mujeres and Cancún, Mexico. The project began in November 2009 with placement of a hundred statues in shallow waters of the Cancún National Marine Park, which had been previously damaged by storms.
The sculptures are created with pH-neutral concrete and are based on members of the local community. The artist planned the sculptures as artificial reefs with fire coral planted in the initial sculptures. A total of 400 sculptures are planned, to be installed by the end of 2010

coco de mer plantThe Coco de Mer (Lodoicea maldivica), the sole member of the genus Lodoicea, is a palm endemic to the islands of Praslin and Curieuse in the Seychelles. It formerly also was found on St Pierre, Chauve-Souris and Ile Ronde (Round Island, an islet near Praslin) in the Seychelles group, but has become extinct on these islands. The name of the genus, Lodoicea, is derived from Lodoicus, the Latinised form of Louis, in honour of King Louis XV of France.. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Female_coco_de_mer_growth.jpg

Ocean Sunfish [Mola Mola]
The ocean sunfish, Mola mola, or common mola, is the heaviest known bony fish in the world. It has an average adult weight of 1,000 kg (2,200 lb). The species is native to tropical and temperate waters around the globe. Sunfish live on a diet that consists mainly of jellyfish, but because this diet is nutritionally poor, they consume large amounts in order to develop and maintain their great bulk. Adult sunfish are vulnerable to few natural predators, but sea lions, orcas and sharks will consume them. Ocean sunfish are native to the temperate and tropical waters of every ocean in the world. Mola genotypes appear to vary widely between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

The bobcat (Lynx rufus) is a North American mammal of the cat family Felidae, appearing during the Irvingtonian stage of around 1.8 million years ago. With twelve recognized subspecies, it ranges from southern Canada to northern Mexico, including most of the continental United States. The bobcat is an adaptable predator that inhabits wooded areas, as well as semi-desert, urban edge, forest edges and swampland environments. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Bobcat2.jpg

The Hindu Kush (the mountains of Hind[1]) is a 500-mile mountain range that stretches between central Afghanistan and northern Pakistan. The highest point in the Hindu Kush is Tirich Mir, also called "roof of the world" (7,708 m or 25,289 ft) in the Chitral region of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
