And chalk it all up as the old book explains it to be. As well have a read, you will see it about halfway down, "The New Scramble for Africa" monthlyreview.org/2006/06/01/a-warning-to-africa-the-new-u-s-imperial-grand-strategy"The Petrol Revenue Management Bill that Ghana's parliament ratified on March 2 is to regulate how the country spends and saves the $1 billion in oil money it expects to reap this year alone, an amount that is equal to two-thirds of the government's total anti-poverty spending." Oxfam: Ghana's New Oil Law Leaves Room for Financial Mistakes www.voanews.com/english/news/africa/Oxfam-Ghanas-New-Oil-Law-Leaves-Room-for-Financial-Mistakes-117740743.htmlAnd I am saddened at such as what would I do? well the wealth would have gone straight off the bat to the country and the common folks of. Same as in Haiti. My 'Restructure for Change' would be filled with equal prosperity for all. Why that billion discussed up there, just think what it could do for the following that never had to be as it has become, WARNING as some of this stuff is graphic but if you want to really indulge,go check out the seered cracked open land, animals of all kinds laying left and right turned to nothing but bones. And the fricking kids and adults. www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp=43852774

Millions have been dying in Africa since I was a child and probably before then. If all those millions died, why are there still millions left to still die? Doesn't a country run out of people eventually if millions die?

That is a discussion you should have with your Mommy and Daddy since message boards aren't the proper place to learn about these things.

Even millions dying doesn't take a huge chunk out of that number & given the birth rate in most of those countries, probably 25 million babies are born each year.

Some are eating well, some are eating just enough to survive, and some are starving to death.

The elite want the minerals and precious metals at a cheap price. Just more exploitation of the poor. So Angel I guess from your post above we should not worry about it and just let them die so the elite can become even richer by letting them die so they can make fractional deals with their leaders that will never benefit the people?

Well the Eugenics people should be happy. They are saying we need to reduce the population by 20 million by 2030 if the planet is to survive. Sounds like they are getting a good start on their wish. The attempts in that part of the world to control the birth rate by some groups was an abysmal failure.

handy that number of reduction is as per today's counts. that being said how many that will be born from now to 2030 must also die to make that happen and what kind of tragedy will they come up with to make it happen?

Humok: My guess is WW-3 and the death count will be staggering with nuclear weapons so prevelent among hostile nations. But I pray not.
