He is hoping that another company comes along and adds to his offer
Unilever or P&G are the two that were mentioned on squawk this morning
It is a definite possibility....the 11% premium he put on the market price is crap compared to what buyout should be (approx 95-100 share)

$ 90 is the offer they will accept
