What is it trying to become? All I have seen is people love to want to change the Constitution when it does not agree with their beliefs. Reading it was grandstanding nothing else.

In my opinion, I would think that anyone serving in congress should already be well versed in the constitution. I think that, most likely, the congress members present during the reading, were not paying attention. Most were probably tweeting or playing games on their cell phones.
