LilBall: It is awesome that you are doing this! Karma for you!  I saw someone had attempted a 25K-100K list and then realized it should be 50K-100K. Do you know if that is the only version of that list? My line on that thread is not correct, but I wasn't going to correct it if it isn't the "official" list. We are that list in the middle ground that doesn't get much attention. If I had internet at home, I would jump at the chance to do it myself. Wouldn't work very well without internet though!

I have been trying to work on it. I haven't heard anything from Stunned Red who use to run it.
Part of the problem as LilBall pointed out not all of the captains right now are updating a master list and it is a lot of work to update by hand.
If both of you want to PM me I will make sure that your lines are updated! I am going to work on it this weekend.

Hey Lilball - Thanks for all you do to keep this list updated! It's such a great motivator for each of us as we destroy out debt  . I'm sure it was an oversight because of how chatty the Midwest is, so I wanted to let you know that I graduated from this list with my March update. I'm so excited about how much I've been able to payoff recently, and with my last update I made it to just under $7K left to go, yay! Thanks again for keeping this list going, I've really enjoyed seeing my progress against the rest of the ladies while I've been on it. |

mom2-4: LilBall apparently fell off the list in the midwest, so I don't know what happened. Life, I guess. I don't remember seeing a post that she'd won her race, anywhere, though that would obviously be my hope.
Sadly, you probably won't be behind me for long. We have now entered turtle mode - minimum payments on everything. After 25 months, we got the last UE check for DH last week. Now, we're truly a one income family, and he's back in school. We're trying to pay for that out of pocket.
If he gets offered any subsized student loan $, we'll take that, as those are at 0% APR while he's in school and for the 6 month grace period, and then only 3.4% after that. But that should, at most, be a couple thousand, and will go into savings for a cushion, not toward debt payoff.

I don't know that I'm quite good enough to update every week like the 100k+ list, but I will try and update roughly every 2 weeks/2 times per month.

I saw someone had attempted a 25K-100K list and then realized it should be 50K-100K. Do you know if that is the only version of that list? My line on that thread is not correct, but I wasn't going to correct it if it isn't the "official" list. We are that list in the middle ground that doesn't get much attention. If I had internet at home, I would jump at the chance to do it myself. Wouldn't work very well without internet though!
...so I think it is safe to say that she will no longer be racing or updating the club.
