Since I'm starting a non-dairy diet I'll need some new recipes. And I love baking, so any sweet recipes might keep me from going through withdrawal!
Please share! Also some tips for substitutions would be great. Thanks!

hellyeahitsvegan.com/I love this web site. I got a recipe for a fantastic carrot cake from here. I do halve the amount of oil in the recipe and replace it with apple sauce instead. Indian food can be fantastically dairy free. I posted a recipe for my vegetarian chili in the chili thread. It's not very exact, but it's pretty easy.
