Anyone have any good, traditional recipes for some classic Greek dishes like Spanikopita or Pasticio?
One of my best friend's is Greek, but her mom wings most of what she makes, and the written recipes she does have are all in Greek, of which I speak not a word.

DF is Greek, however he doesn't know much real Greek cooking - he is all about olives and feta though! I'm trying to learn and I'd love to see some recipes too.
