Went for a hike today on the Bay. Threw some sticks for the dog. We had a visitor...an American Bald Eagle..That is one impressive bird...You don't get to see that everyday!

Lost five waist sizes.....15 LBs ..Going for the six pack...Nothing will deter...Running the beach...soon some yoga...Need a sparing partner???....165..about 10 lbs heavy from my goal...I may not be a big guy.....But I do hit hard!!!

Who doesn't love a little peach cobbler? Verrip is okay too.. FTI made me walk away from the keyboard with his post on the end of the world.. That got me riled up, I was about to let a lot more fly than that. ;D |

Thanks to you guys. And happy fathers day too.
I have a special treat today and tomorrow(being as it's my birthday).
The girls are letting me do what I want. As some of you may know the National Corvette Convention is here in Chi-Town.
Today I bring the Grand Sport to a car show and tomorrow we head out to the Race Track for some Hi-speed fun.
Don't worry fellas, I plan to keep it under 150!

Thanks all. Off to Loews to get some paint and then off to BB to get a printer for my wife so she can really get into the couponing. 7 year old will be painting a mural on her wall over the next few weekends. She's got it all drawn up. We'll see if we can bring her 'vision' to life. Being an accountant, my artistic side has been ignored most of my life. Having kids is cool.
