Tenn was treated like shit by an entire clique on P&M. Wouldn't blame him at all if he decided (like many others) to say fuck it and not come back. That's called karma, the real kind, not the kind we have on the board...as in, what comes around goes around... |

You have to be consistent, fair and just with your troops. Earn their respect now so that you can talk to them when the chips are down" * might just apply here for the new mods?  |

Sorry and with all due respect I am NOT in this man's Army or an Army of one....and doing 50 push ups is no biggie..but running a few miles every day is beginning to be a real challenge so might just start to use a Treadmill or Exerciser instead which are easier on the knee joints

If knees are troubling you P.I find a good eliptical machine, I would stay off a traditional treadmill as the impact placed on the knee is exactly the same.I spent too much time on the couch watching the Bruins and Red Sox and using my Notebook PC to post my usual BS here for the past few months ...so I think it might just be some rust on my old, old bod, I hope ??But there is always lots of Extra Strength Bayer Aspirin.. OOOOOOOOOOOOps sorry for highjacking another one of Moons threads.... So back to Moons choices for Mods here: Politics and the Market

I would say I remember 80% of the poster that I see posting here from our days at MSN together, I have never been a mod at a site like this (though besides MSN and Here I have never seen real mods in action) I am neither a Die Hard Liberal nor a Die Hard Conservative. I am a Republican yet I am not a member of the GOP, I believe in More Fiscal Responsibilty from Government and that said Government be limited in power, Socially I am liberal I guess you should say, but that goes along with Limited Government, the smaller the government the less likely they are to say a road can't be built because of a frog, or bird, or ant it also works because with small government sex laws are not needed (Gay marriage, sodomy laws) between 2 consenting adults, I am neither for nor against abortion (it is a private family matter) I am against funding abortions on the Federal Level yet not on the state level as it (much like gay marriage) is a state issue. Hope that helps muddy the waters on what people think my views are. |

I think it is good to have those who march to their own drummer And of course you will always have those who feel threatened by intelligent white conservative males so they will try to put them down....IMHO

You "intelligent" white conservatives tend to come in here and act like your opinions are correct/ fact and there is no other way it could possibly be. anyone who doesn't agree with you gets put down, ridiculed, disrespected, etc.. and then you wonder why you get spoken to that same way in return.  |
