Many of you may have noticed that FEMA is going to do a National Alert Test today at 2:20pm Eastern Time. All cell phones will get his alert. That includes hidden burner phones. Who might have hidden burner phones they don't want discovered? Abuse victims. Philandering spouses. People with illegal sources of revenues. Prisoners.
Anyway, something to be aware of. By the way, per FEMA - "If a phone is off before the test alert is sent and not turned back on until after the WEA Test expires (approximately 30 minutes), the phone should not get the test message.
