So I’m stay at home, no longer WFH cause I closed my consulting business. For others like me do you get dressed early or not till later. Half the time now I go out to get paper., bring garbage to curb in PJs . I see walkers, dog walkers etc and usually just hi but feel awkward in PJs Actually since I now have housekeeper she does the morning ‘errands’
But like to read paper , have coffee and breakfast then shower and dress. RELAX!!

Hmmm...my routine is slightly different. I'm a 215-day/year employee. On my non-work days and weekends, I generally have my coffee in my jamas and then I put on workout clothes. I do my workout and my morning chores in those. Then I shower and get dressed. But my version of "getting dressed" if I know I'm not leaving the house is old/cheap clothes--t-shirt dresses, leggings, t-shirts, old jean capris. I would not go out in the yard far enough to be visible to neighbors or passersby. I can sit on my front porch in my jamas and drink my coffee without being seen though. I dart back in the house--preferably without spilling my coffee--if anyone came up.

RELAX!! Been retired since May, 2004. I no longer read the morning paper. Get my news on-line. When I need go run errands I wear seasonal outdoor clothing. But if I don't have to go out, I am pretty much in colored tee-shirt and gym shorts year round. I don't wear pjs just a different tee-shirt and gym shorts for sleepwear. I shower usually later in the day depending what is going on any given day. Sometimes earlier. If I have say a doctor's appointment usually I book it for late morning. Takes me a while to get moving. Keeping it simple.

I’m kind of a weird hybrid now of doing a little bit of work from home but mostly just not working. After spending a couple weeks in pajamas after quitting my full time job I decided that wasn’t optimal. Now I change into exercise appropriate gear when I get up and I’ll go for a walk, then whatever other exercise. Then I’ll have caffeine and breakfast, then do any necessary chores around the house. After that I’ll shower and dress for whatever is appropriate for the rest of the day. Often it’s just yoga pants and a T-shirt that would be presentable enough to run errands in if necessary, though if I actually leave the house I’ll usually change into jeans at least. I typically don’t have daily activities that require “dressing up” in any way. I found that if I stayed in pajamas too late into the day I wouldn’t get anything done other than relaxing.

I work from home, and my style is usually classified as "presentable up top, comfort on the bottom." I usually wear a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or sweater so that I look put-together for video chats, but then I have on sweatpants or knit shorts on for comfort sitting at the computer all day.

I telecommute full time. I typically get up at 7 every morning, hop in the shower first thing, and then dress before I do morning chores. In the winter I wear jeans and a sweater. In the summer I wear a blouse and bermuda shorts. I have found over the years that if I delay the shower and try to work in my pajamas, I don't actually do any work. So it pretty much forces me to do the shower and dress up or I wouldn't be able to keep my job.
Probably the worst thing I do is stop off at Sheetz after the gym while wearing spandex leggings and a big tshirt, but I figure if they are in Sheetz with me then their standards can't be too high.

I WFH full time, for the time being, anyway. my style of dress is very casual, and my camera is never on for calls. I am up and logged in by 7am most days. in the summer, that means sitting out on my deck in a beach cover-up. I break mid-day (~2h, so a long lunch) to walk the dogs or some other adventure with them, and then come back to work a normal afternoon til 5ish. I'm generally sweaty and covered in sunscreen by the end of my work day, so I shower before bed. I live at the beach, so this blends in well with the vacationers if I do need to run an errand at all. those days where I need to be presentable really mess with me, as I've gotten very used to this routine. for site visits that start at 9am, I set my alarm for 5 so I have enough time to fully wake up and be functional with an am shower and doing something with my hair other than just throwing it up in a messy bun.

I’m retired and generally have breakfast in my pj’s then get dressed. I mostly wear jeans or leggings and a t shirt.

The work I do, I do from home. My routine is awaken sometime before 4:00 usually, dirnk coffee and work on laptop until 45 minutes to sunrise, then dress in whatever dog-walking clothes of the day are handy. After walking Franklin the Dog at the beach I might have another coffee. I'll breakfast and put on upgraded clothes soon after, suitable for whatever the day brings.

I WFH, and it depends on the day. Most days I get dressed right away, but if I don't feel like getting a shower (and need to) I will log on for some work time in PJs until I feel like showering. Most days are yoga pants and business casual tops. I put on jeans today while waiting on laundry, and while the scale has not moved weight has definitely redistributed. I do not wear PJs to bed, just for lounging, and they are so old or skimpy that I would not wear them in public. But I do walking around my yard. I live in a rural area and only people driving our road, usually around 50MPH, can see me. Running errands are usually yoga pants and t shirts. I have had women in stores ask me what to look for in yoga pants, because mine have the right fit/look.

I'm retired. It's usually pj's or sweats and a t-shirt.
I often wear yoga pants for errands. In the summer it's shorts.
I only dress up for funerals and weddings.
I shower when I feel like it during the day. Today, I am expecting a call so I won't shower until it comes.
My day does not really have a schedule any more.
I have telehealth this morning, so I won't shower until after that.

I WFH full time. I get up at 5 and shower, then dress in my pajamas of the day. I don't have video calls, thank goodness, because my hair gets shampooed once a week generally. Maybe twice during the summer. And no makeup on work days, either. Why, when no one sees me?
My days off, I'm usually out with my camera at the ass-crack of dawn, so I do wear 'real clothes' and put on a face for that. Face not required of course, but without at least mascara, I look half dead..
Any other time around the house is also PJs. I'm all about the comfort.

My days off are a sweatshirt and pants, then if I want to go anywhere, I'm ready. Always get up early, the dogs don't have lie ins and they want breakfast at 6.30am (normally leave for work at 7) but I do have a big fluffy dressing gown and when that goes on it feels really cosy and relaxing.

at the beginning of WFH - I bought "lounge wear" style PJs. I have done webex meetings with co-workers as the tops are a solid color and the fabric is a bit heavier than a t-shirt and some of them have a decorative collar or neckline that doesn't scream "Pajamas". The bottoms are usually capri pants or leggings (and I chose styles that don't scream PJs). I will step out of the house to get something off my porch in these PJs and I will take trash out to the alley in them. I'm only out for a few minutes and I'm not going far from my house. I would wear the lounge wear top to the store but would change the bottoms. (I have done this when running errands on a Saturday morning - especially if the bulk of the errands don't involve going into a store -- mail the mail, drive thru pickups or banking/ATM, and maybe a stop at Aldi. I became more appreciative of my front porch where packages are deposited and that my mail comes into my house thru the mailbox/mail slot once I started working from home. I don't have to walk down the driveway to the street to get my mail or walk to a "community mail box".
