Just read an article this morning that an affidavit was filed in the court about Michigan’s votes. Apparently, many counties had >100% voter participation.....one as much as 350%! Now, if I was crunching data and saw something like this, there needs to be something wrong somewhere. If you number crunch a lot, you start to see where things look obviously wrong and normal people backtrack to see where the error is. Apparently, the lawyers confused the postal code of MI with that of MN and are basing everything on this. If I presented this data and analysis to my boss, I’d be out on my ass. If I couldn’t find the error, I’d have another set of eyes look at it. www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2020/11/do-trumps-lawyers-know-what-they-are-doing.phpYou just can’t make this shit up!

This wild goose chase is making the lawyers look like fools. It has got to damage their reputation sometime. Some of the lawyers see this and have backed away. The rest are on a career suicide mission.

Where does trump find these bat-shit crazy lawyers? "Sidney Powell, a member of Trump's legal team, told Lou Dobbs of Fox Business on Thursday, "The entire election frankly in all the swing states should be overturned, and the legislatures should make sure that the electors are selected for Trump."" None of the good lawyers want to go before a court and perjure themselves by saying fraud was committed when they have no proof.
Now you just have the ones who don’t mind saying one thing in court and another to the tv cameras.

"Somehow the Democratic Party was hijacked by Clinton and since then it's gone more corrupt, and more corrupt, and more corrupt." He then added "somebody's got to cut the head off," while making a throat-slitting gesture. Hannity brought the interview to an end as Giuliani, who is spearheading the Trump campaign's effort to overturn his election defeat to President-elect Joe Biden, interjected: "Yeah but I". Hannity then said "I'm not trying to cut you off" before moving on to the next segment. www.businessinsider.com/rudy-giuliani-fox-news-cut-head-off-democrats-trump-biden-2020-11Even Hannity couldn't handle the BS.

www.cbsnews.com/news/pennsylvania-election-results-judge-dismisses-trump-campaign-lawsuit/Judge Brann wrote in his order that the plaintiffs employed "strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state."
Republican Senator Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania, who is not running for reelection, issued a statement after the decision congratulating President-elect Joe Biden. Toomey called on Mr. Trump to accept the election results and begin the transition process. "With today's decision by Judge Matthew Brann, a longtime conservative Republican whom I know to be a fair and unbiased jurist, to dismiss the Trump campaign's lawsuit, President Trump has exhausted all plausible legal options to challenge the result of the presidential race in Pennsylvania," Toomey said. What part of YOU LOST can these people not understand?

There was a suggestion on twitter that the reason that they are making sure that this fails in all the lower courts is to take it to the Supreme Court.
Don't know anything about law, but will the SC even take the case if it has not been successfully argued in the lower courts?

given the lack of merit to the arguments, very doubtful. it would be beneath the court to consider it, imo.

Yes, they are clowns, as increasingly are the remaining members of his Administration, imo. His press sec just claimed that trump was not given an orderly transition four years ago, when in fact the Obama Admin was completely accommodating, and there is tremendous back up to that, written, video, records, people. Pence is frantically playing his own end game, trying to be loyal to trump, party and self so he can be viable for 2024. It may get a bit fun in a nasty way watching some of them squirm as the end comes closer. Schadenfreude anyone?
Having said all that I still find it terrifying that over 70 million Americans still apparently buy into this crap for one reason or another.

Clowns? Yes. Yes, they are.
And in Georgia? As soon as the audit confirmed Biden the winner, Kemp called for a recount. WTF? This is at the expense of the GA taxpayers, of course.
trumps lawyers aren't the only clowns.

Trump attorney Sidney Powell: 'I'm going to blow up' Georgia with new lawsuit "I can't tell you right now what is coming in Georgia, but what is coming in Georgia will be shocking," Sekulow said in his interview. Hours later, Powell offered more specifics, predicting that Georgia, among other battleground states upon which they are focused, "will be the first state I'm going to blow up" and it "will be biblical." She made several stunning allegations, including top Georgia state officials being paid to be part of a conspiracy and Dominion Voting Systems, which has denied being involved in a vote-switching scheme, and much more. Mark Halperin, a contributor at Newsmax, said at one point that everything she was alleging "is nuts." www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/trump-attorney-sidney-powell-i-m-going-to-blow-up-georgia-with-new-lawsuit/ar-BB1bf1Hu?appwebview=true&enablessr=true&c=14095671974294862047&%3Bmkt=en-us&ocid=uxbndlbingYep, clowns are a good name for Trump's attorneys...

Trumps lawyers have won 2 cases and lost 34. They promise they have evidence, but won't show any of it to anybody. Even FOX News has called them out.
Clowns, no. Rabid skunks, maybe.

Here in the recount in WI, the attorney representing Trump is arguing to have his (the attorney's) own vote thrown out. Apparently, the attorney and his wife voted in person-absentee ballot, and the attorney is arguing that voting in person-absentee is illegal.

Odd how the attorney and his wife have not turned themselves into the police for breaking the law.

Don't know anything about law, but will the SC even take the case if it has not been successfully argued in the lower courts? It doesn't work that way. The cases in question haven't lost, they have been thrown out entirely, due to lack of evidence. You can't appeal a case that's been dismissed (although you can refile and start all over again).

Finally! linkPascrell legal complaints seek to disbar Giuliani, 22 Trump attorneys
Rep. Bill Pascrell filed legal complaints in five states seeking to disbar former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and 22 other attorneys who have filed lawsuits seeking to change the results of the election, which President-elect Joe Biden decisively won. ... So far, the campaign and Republican allies have already lost or withdrawn at least 32 post-election cases. While Giuliani frequently makes evidence-free claims of widespread voter fraud, the court cases rarely reflect those allegations. In letters to legal authorities in New York, Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona, Pascrell charged Giuliani and other Trump attorneys of repeatedly filing frivolous lawsuits with the goal of undermining confidence in the country’s electoral systems. “These states’ administration of their elections were strong, and there is no evidence of systemic malfeasance or fraud in any of them,” Pascrell said. “Nevertheless, Mr. Giuliani has participated in the filing a series of absurd lawsuits seeking to overturn the will of the voters in these states and has caused irreversible damage to the public trust in the fair administration of our elections.” New York’s rules of professional conduct for licensed attorneys bar the filing of frivolous lawsuits. They further say its misconduct for an attorney to engage in dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentations. “In carrying out that perversion, they have clearly violated the Rules of Professional Conduct they swore to uphold and should face the severest sanction your body can mete out: revocation of their law licensures,” Pascrell said.
