I expect The Donalds lawyers will appeal this ruling to a higher court...not sure where...Supreme Court ? If so, and court does not design to hear the appeal...their right...then this ruling stands I believe. {I am not a lawyer so just my "gut" feeling ala the Donald as far as decisions and beliefs are concerned}

When they finally do get access to Trump's financials and tax returns, what do you think they'll find?
Will it be...
A) Fraud B) Corruption C) Fraud and corruption D) A whole lotta fraud and corruption E) A metric buttload of fraud and corruption F) Cute fuzzy bunnies*
* Note: Cute fuzzy bunnies are the most fraudulent and corrupt of ALL.

Besides the fraud & corruption, I'm betting we'll find out he's not worth one thin dime, & owes millions to his friends in Russia. He might have title to a lot of real estate, but if you can't make your payments, it's just a house of cards waiting to fall down.

I'm also wondering if his debt total offsets his valuation.
There could likely be both fraud & corruption & things might take a down turn for him for high valuation for insurance purposes & loans, but low valuation for taxes. He might have another 20 or 30 years of "audits in progress"....(tongue in cheek here).

I'm not certain, but I strongly suspect he's been money laundering for the Russian oligarchs, based on a Black Sea development he was involved in (and through which a shit ton of money was funneled). Added to the evidence pile, 1) his friendship with Manafort, who was money laundering, and 2) his use of the Deutche bank, which has been previously convicted of connecting people with money with people interested in laundering that money for them.

I don't have complicated taxes, so I'm not sure how that would work. You can see my income and some of my expenses, but not my met worth.

I think they will find a lot to ask questions about, as well as finding that he is basically broke, and not a billionaire at all, except in lifestyle and appearance.

this also seems quite possible to me. it is one of a very few things that would explain every aspect of his behavior toward Russia.

Trump, who previously bragged in his books about never paying cash for anything, paid cash for his Scottish golf course.
It will be interesting to see where he got that money from, especially when one of his sons was caught on video at an investors' meeting bragging about how Trump Inc can get all the money they want from Russia.
It will be carefully disguised through many levels of shell companies, but there will be a trail for someone skilled in finding money laundering to find.
