I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 (android). The pictures, for some unknown reason, are randomly being corrupted. A lot of them can't be replaced. I've taken the phone to two repair shops, but no one has been able to figure out why it happens, or how to stop it. Apparently, I am the only one in the whole world this has happened to, because it isn't possible. (hmmm...)
I have transferred some of the pictures to my desktop computer, but it is really time consuming.
Is there a way to SELECT ALL and copy, or move my pictures to a flash drive? Or do you have another quick/easy suggestion?
If you had to do it, how would you do it?
Thanks so much!
FYI: I am not techie.

I would upload them to google photos. You can set it up to automatically upload any new pictures that you take, in addition to loading your existing pictures on your phone. www.wikihow.tech/Upload-to-Google-Photos-on-AndroidFor this video, the section on google photos for your phone starts at the 2:30 mark.

Or Dropbox, too. But that's $10/month for 2 TB.

TMR-on your desktop computer - do you have a photo program you can upload everything on your phone to? Look in you computer directory for the photo program.
Open the photo program and then plug your phone charging cord into a desktop computer USB port. Your computer should ask you if you want to upload all your pictures to your desktop photo program.

I just did this recently with my own dying cell phone. Don't know if it was the program, or what, but I could only move 100 photos at a time. So yes, it was a PITA, & a time suck, but it got done. (No, I am NOT a techie. It took DH & I working together to get it done. But, at least the photos are in my computer now.)

Desktop computer froze 11/21. Have had 4-5 different problems with car, each one on a different day. Pics on phone corrupting. Broke front tooth. Downloaded printer update, then printer wouldn't work. Bank acct got screwed up- overdraft fee caused overdraft. And more. All in less than 2 weeks! Things have gone to **** in a hurry! Thanks for the suggestions!

This really is heartbreaking! I'm so sorry. Because I no longer have my old computers, this is something I have thought about. I used to be pretty good about copying pictures to a CD, but not so much anymore. It seems like electronics have come so far. But my old (1993) computer had a lot easier way to copy pictures and files onto a CD, or from one CD to another. I know where to copy my pictures to. I'm looking for an easier way to do it. A way that isn't such a PIA. Maybe I just need a new phone.

When I connect my iphone to my computer, there is an option (if I have installed the correct version of iTunes) to tfr all the pictures from my phone to my laptop and then either delete them from the phone or keep them. This is what I found for the Samsung Galaxy - www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-97259/This is for the S5, but I hope it can be the same for S7 also.
