Trump just claimed Ivanka created 14 million jobs. The entire economy added 6 million. This whopper shows how Trump’s lies take on a life of their own. From Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential inauguration through the middle of last month, the American economy added a total of about 6 million jobs. But during a speech to the Economic Club of New York on Tuesday, he credited his daughter Ivanka with personally creating more than double that many jobs than that over the same timespan. “When she started this, two and a half years ago, her goal was 500,000 jobs,” Trump said, referring to the goal of a White House workforce policy advisory board co-chaired by Ivanka. “She’s now created 14 million jobs ... 14 million from 500,000. Fourteen million and going up.” To be clear, the economy isn’t in bad shape, even if Trump’s jobs record to date lags behind Obama. While GDP growth so far this year has been unspectacular and wages are stagnant, the unemployment rate is at a 50-year low. That means that people who want to find a job can, for the most part, find a job. But there isn’t a shred of evidence that Ivanka Trump has created a single one of them, much less tens of millions — aside perhaps from the 18 people who worked for her namesake fashion brand before she shut it down in July of last year. Complete article here: Trump just claimed Ivanka created 14 million jobs. The entire economy added 6 million.

So apparently, Trump took the number of 'training and education opportunities' that companies pledged to provide, and inflated those training opportunities into a full time job.
I had a 'training opportunity' just last week. Two hours in front of my lap top doing a corporate program. What a bullshitter.

A trump state department official did just that. I posted part of the article on another thread about this woman. Mina Chang, on her resume stated she is as an "alumna" of Harvard Business School. Chang attended a seven-week course in 2016, and does not hold a degree from the institution. She also lied about being on the cover of Time Magazine. nior Trump official embellished résumé, had face on fake Time cover

Funny that Trump got fooled by the fake Time magazine cover, since he's done the same thing, himself. Karma.

Is Ivanka even an actual employee? She's 'first daughter.' I think a tiara and faux mink stole comes with that job title, plus a gold desk in an office down the hall from Daddy's.

Well, that would totally explain why Ivanka has done nothing to advance her huge platform to address issues working women face.. Clearly creating fictitious jobs is so overly demanding, especially with her hand-on parenting that she seems to tout.
I wonder how she manages.

So the man on the golden throne single- handedly must have lost at least 8 million jobs to make the math work. I would say it's time for him to stop his incessant twittering, get of off the throne, and finally-after almost 3 years get to work. On second thought - he should just go away, play golf, stand in front of a mirror the entire day and tell himself how great he is, or whatever. Just stop effing things up...
