The lynchpin of the Spygate cover-up-- which was the Trump-Russia conspiracy theory and the fraudulent Mueller "investigation"- is the very weak case against General Michael Flynn. There have been a number of court filings [ Full PDF HERE ] consisting essentially of motions to compel the federal government to turn over exculpatory evidence-- very apparent the Flynn defense is focused on a Brady Rule violation here- but what's being revealed in the process is stunning: (1) Lisa Page edited the Flynn 302’s, then forgot when questioned by DOJ officials, then re-remembered when shown her texts. (2) The 302’s themselves were written with lies that do not match notes taken during the interview. (3) The felony leaker of the Flynn-Kislyak phone call is named (James Baker). (4) New texts from Page and Strzok that highlight the entrapment plan. (5) ODNI James Clapper telling WaPo reporter Ignatius to “take the kill shot on Flynn“. (6) The purposeful use of Judge Contreras to take the December 1st 2017 plea agreement; and much, much more. No wonder they're freaked out about the transition to a criminal investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia Collusion witch hunt.

The judge has already urged Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea, but the Flynn defense seems to have another outcome in mind: Leverage Flynn's guilty plea to continue to drip evidence of the deep state conspiracy into the public light until the judge has no alternative but to THROW OUT THE CASE against Flynn- dismiss with prejudice seems to be the aim.
Flynn already had a final copy of the 302 BEFORE his guilty plea. So, Flynn was well aware the FBI presented a FALSIFIED 302 to the court (presuming that his attorneys read it- and/or allowed him to read it).
Could the guilty plea have been a cleverly devised trap for Andy McCabe and his team-- including Strzok/Page? I don't know- he did achieve the rank of General. So, there's that.
The timeline is important:
11/29/17 McCabe interviewed by OIG for the final chance to come clean.
11/30/17 Flynn's attorney's given evidence that showed their client was probably innocent.
11/30/17 Attorney's have Flynn plead guilty.
12/1/17 Judge Contreras accepts guilty plea.
12/2/17 First Strzok/Page texts are released
12/2/17 DOJ OIG announces an investigating into Strzok & Page & their potential misconduct in the MYE & Russia investigations.
12/4-6/17 Judge recused.
12/5/17 Bruce Ohr demoted
12/7/17 Judge Sullivan assigned to the Flynn case.
Is it just a coincidence that someone was conducting non-compliant FISA searches the day Gen. Flynn plead guilty? Is it also a coincidence that another set of queries was conducted from the day Judge Sullivan was appointed but stopped when his Brady Order was issued on 12/12/17?

He's the guy that got fired for lying about his contact with the Russians. He lasted about a month as Trump's NSA guy. Then he got convicted of taking money from foreign interests. He plead guilty so I'm not sure what Paul is going on about.

Yes, one of the first of President Trump's "... best and most serious people" ( link) who have come and gone quickly through his Administration.

Why watch what's actually going on in the world when you can burrow into some dank corner of the internet and uncover rabid ramblings of some 4Chan paranoid depressive who makes you feel like you're the only person who's smart enough to ferret out the real facts straight from the mouth of some far right, high ranking king maker.

Can't be much of a bombshell if the headline isn't in size 75 font and colored blazing red.

Exactly. This must be some RW fan fic continuation of Trump's shade fiction about SpyGate that many Trump supporters embraced. Trump was not wiretapped and those who were wire-tapped I think all got indicted. Some of Trump's cover up was addressed in the Mueller report. Per Mueller it was up to future folks on whether to pursue any potential actionable and criminal items. I guess this is part of the new unimportant allegedly complex origin story of some obscure failed fiction storyline. This is not my kind of fiction. Pass.

I would think most people either know the definition of a lychpin or if they are not sure, are more than capable of looking up the definition for themselves.

It's an attempt to distract from the BOMBSHELL ruling today allowing the House access to the redacted Mueller report & grand jury testimony. Along with a School House Rock/Constitution lesson handed down by the judge to the DOJ.

I guess you guys need some exciting headlines though- enjoy it.

As I said, it's a really good School House Rock/Constitution lesson for those that wonder how things work.
