It seems the Donald has a history of not paying bills

It seems the Minneapolis Mayor is on his S**t list because he is asking the Donald to pay up front for security expenses for a political rally. Seems there is a history of the campaign wheezing out of paying such bills and as we all; know , most cities and towns have problems with extra expenses...just don't have the $ for unscheduled expenses....Naturally our President gets personal  with the Mayor on his tweets...

It's about time that cities refuse to cover his fan fests.  If he's not paying for security at his own rallies, there's no good reason for cities to provide extra policing.  He just "thinks" he's speshul.

That IS Trump’s history, ripping off anyone he can. American cities such as El Paso and Minneapolis should sue him/his campaign fund.

He is despicable and unconscionable for this stealing. When will we see one of our Repo-Cons condemn this behavior?
