that's why you should eat fish with scales and fins...it filters what they eat...shell fish on the other hand are the oceans natural way to clean fish shit but it stays in the food... Eating shellfish is like eating an aquarium filter.

I had sushi for lunch yesterday. YUM!
I think tilliapia or however you spell it is disgusting. I like Mahi Mahi, Salmon, Halibut, and sea bass (but like POM I feel guilty ordering it). I love shrimp, lobster, crayfish, but hate oysters, clams, and mussels.

Oh yeah, halibut I forgot that one. Crappie is crap that's how it got its name.

I will only eat the following seafood: canned tuna (I miss my spicy tuna and lemon pasta! ), breaded and fried shrimp, and the crabmeat they put in California rolls. And the fish in breaded fish fillets or fish sticks. That's it. IMO seafood has a weird taste and texture. I HATE salmon!!!!

I haven't had Crappie before. I don't like too many fish caught in lakes or rivers. I like ocean fish.
In the summer I make an amazing grilled maple salmon! So yummy.
I am going to have to drive to Nino's now and buy some fish. It is one of the few stores that has decent fish around here.

Angel, put it in the recipe section. I make a great salmon but I only have one go to recipe for it.

I went to the fish market yesterday and asked the guy to turn off the lights so I could see if anything glowed!
