And why? What are the good and bad traits of your sources.
I listen to the following podcasts:
1) The Daily (NY Times). I like this one because it takes one issue per day and backs way up, gives the history and does a great job of breaking down the detail, but representing the complexities. They back things up with analysis and sources. I find it fairly middle of the road, but sometimes it gets an obvious slant (left) and I have to bail out.
2) The Fox News Rundown. They do a good job of knocking out all the headlines, and giving a bit of information. I like hearing the Fox angle, so I know what such a large audience is being told. I love when Judge Napolitano talks. I don't always agree with him, but he seems like a smart guy. Some of the other commentators are painful, and I can't listen. The worst was when they let Roger Stone whine for 5 minutes. Boo.
3) What's News - Wall Street Journal. I love the WSJ. Old school conservative/ libertarian / capitalism. They do short podcasts multiple times per day, and try not to go too far down the politics track, except where is directly intersects business (like tariffs). I find the woman who does the podcast stiff. I hope she improves.
4) BBC Global News. I think it is important to know what the world is hearing about us, and BBC is the single biggest news source outside of the US. I also hear a lot of news that Americans just don't care about, but probably should.
I also read The Hill online, a little.
I avoid CNN, MSNBC and Fox on TV. They are terrible! I also avoid smaller news outlets on both sides, because there are a lot of crazy ass people out there saying whatever they want, and I don't want any part of that.
How about y'all?

I surf the blogs, and believe everything they tell me.....
jk. Financial Times, NY Times, and a smattering of online versions of MSM. if I am not sure about a story, I compare the coverage. it is usually somewhere between the above. sometimes I have to resort to C-Span. but that is only if a story has a large amount of conflict to it, and it has "live" coverage.
edit: oh, forgot to mention, I love NPR, but I am so busy listening to music that I generally don't get to listen to it.

Mainly I watch CNN International and BBC World, I find them to most accurately report the news without any slant.
I will watch Fox and MSNBC from time to time just to hear what they are saying as well as Rush and Dem alternatives on the radio.
I want to see the real news as well as what the mouthpieces for either “side” are saying to try to understand why so many believe what they do.
I also like Politico.

I use the Google News aggregator, which pulls articles from a large number of news organizations. I subscribe to the Washington Post and to the Herald Mail, which is the local paper.
I like Google News because it pulls from all kinds of sources - liberal, conservative, and international. If I am interested in a topic or event, i can expand it to see a dozen articles from different viewpoints. The downside is that it sends me suggestions based on past interests, so the news I am seeing is filtered to cater to my preferences.
I like the Washington Post because it has good coverage of national and regional events. They have some good, in-depth stories where they investigate issues and provide examples of the impact to real people. I am a couple hours from Washington DC so some of the regional information is also useful. The downside is that it is slanted pretty far to the left, and I worry about being too influenced by that.
I like the Herald Mail because it is local, and I want to support our local paper. There is no other reliable source of information about our area. The national news is just pulled from the AP, which I already get from the Google News aggregator, so I just read about local issues like upcoming events, stores opening or closing, zoning issues, and local political scandals.

Reuters, BBC, CNN, CBC, RT News and sometimes FOX, when I need a good laugh.

No takers for Breitbart's Daily Caller? Tsk, tsk, tsk.
I mostly use AP, BBC-UK, Google news aggregator, CCN, and occasionally Fox (strictly written stuff since I can't stomach listening to them) for news. But there are so few actual news sources left. Too many opinion presentations for my taste

My first stop in the morning is usually USA today. Then I move over to google news, google finance, then reddit for topics that interest me.

I get what I consider "news" from the local paper which for me is the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. JSonline.com is also owned by USA Today, but I tend to read both daily. I added Smart news on my phone which I assume is more like the google news aggregator some of you use. Smart news ap "Top Stories Tab" Today has stories from NBC News, American Military News, TMZ, CNN, CNBC, Dayton Daily News, Forbes, Slate, The daily Beast, Mediaite, Newsweek and I-D
I saved a link for the google news aggregator that many of you use. I have not used it in the past.
I think I will try some of Thyme's pod casts.
I never got my news from Facebook, but I am especially concerned about the doctored Pelosi video that Facebook refused to take down.
I like to watch Rachel Maddow on MSNBC. We occasionally watch CNN. Rarely Fox.

I rarely bother to "get news". I hang out here and you'll generally bring the news to me. If there is a story referenced here that interests me, I will research to get information to gain a better understanding. I will, when things are particularly boring here, google breaking news and go to (usually) Fox, CNN, NBC to read news stories (and opinion pieces that have headlines that grab me).

TMZ. You can go on the Paul theory. Because the National Enquirer broke the Monica Lewinsky story 25 years ago, it is now a viable news source. I'm sure TMZ has been a blind squirrel with a nut a few times.

I am going to add the Google news aggregator to my list. It sounds like a good one. (Or liberal as hell, given everyone here is off-their-rocker-socialists, or whatever 😋)

I get mine from all over & on the chat boards too. Like Bills, if someone posts something that really interests me, I do further research on my own.
But lately, I've been fed up with most news and have been looking for humor...cause I don't want to cry!

I use the Google aggregator.
It's getting more optimistic as it modifies. It's nice to not feel like the world is ending constantly.
I read doom and gloom here.
I also read articles on CNN and the local papers.
I don't do TV news. I can't stand being yelled at and listening to people talk over each other like a room full of preschoolers. I get nothing from it but high blood pressure.

I actually like Bloomberg the best. I watch CNN and I do like Rachel Maddow she does in depth research so I feel comfortable with what she says. I flip by NBC, I'm not even sure which one Rachel is on. But I'm listening to less of it. They get on a story and just go over and over the same stuff on these 24/7 channels. I get a lot of the news from the net, I read the headings of google and scan a lot of articles on the net.
I despise trump and everything he stands for. He is damaging our country so badly, I hope it can recover from him, but if he is in 4 more years I think it will be changed forever and not in a good way. Plus will he leave? I honestly doubt it, I think he will be like a Hussein with family and fingers in everything.

I dont! So much hatred abounds, Ive given up watching or listening. Don't bother with the local news either. Honestly, that's pretty much me. I'm in the feel good stage of my life so listening to three rapes, four murders, twelve assaults plus all the political crap is not how I want to start or end my day. I let others worry for me
