Rarely do I see it being mentioned when in fact it should be the most important consideration when discussing anything the federal government and/or elected members do.

Nobody needs to mention the Constitution. It's always on the opposite side of Trump, so we know exactly where it is.

I think tallguy is tired of the more fulsome ones. they never seem to have any impact.

Rarely do I see it being mentioned when in fact it should be the most important consideration when discussing anything the federal government and/or elected members do. There are many areas of settled Constitutional law. The idea that it is necessary to reconsider it "when discussing anything" is absurd. I do address the issue when it is appropriate.

To be constitutional shouldn't it be We The People?

Nobody needs to mention the Constitution. It's always on the opposite side of Trump, so we know exactly where it is. Apparently it was very important until Trump got elected. Then suddenly getting friendly with a foreign government known to be hostile was OK. I never really got that, but I do not have a conservative mind so I know I am missing the emotional reason why it was suddenly OK.

It's not even a question of getting friendly with hostile foreign governments. It is a question first about abuse and overreach of power and the denying of rights. Then we move down to such things as weaponizing governmental agencies and appointees, attempting to shut down or control the press, etc. His day-to-day lying, corruption and general "a**holishness" doesn't even count when talking about his unconstitutional (and may I say, Un-American) behavior.
