No, I don't use Prime reading, I thought those mostly were older books. I prefer to read Romance Novels. I am currently listening to Michelle Obama's book Becoming on Audible. I am enjoying it very much. It says I have 2 hours 8 mins remaining. You'd be surprised- there are a lot of new releases on KU now. wait is KU included with your Prime Membership? I am sure I pay separately for it.

I'm horrible because I honestly don't know- It may be separate. We've had it for years so I just I just assumed it was part of my original Prime plan? Maybe not. Either way- I've been using the heck out of it lately and have been pretty happy with it.

this comment made me want to check- so yeah. 138 orders in 217, 248 in 2018 and 25 so far in 2019.
I order a ton off Amazon.
This week: 6 pack of novelty socks (I like unique socks) Markers and a box of pens for work (I'm super picky about the pens I like so I buy them by the dozen and hide them in my desk) stainless steel edge banding and adhesive tape for the banding (we were demoing our countertops and found the original boomerang Formica pattern under the bland white overlay- some of the front is damaged so we are replacing it with the edge banding) A roller to help apply the edge banding New Kindle Cover (Damn dog ate mine) New phone cover (same damn dog stole my phone and ate that cover too) The Hubs must have also ordered some numbing cream today- he did complain about his back bothering him.
So yeah- we may be Prime addicts. Walk away now before it's too late!!!!! Now if you'll excuse me I'm in the middle of season three of Orphan Black (free on Amazon Prime )
My Dog ate a blue pen, on top of my comforter. New comforter ordered, online, but from JCPenney’s. Oh no! But oh my god. Too cute.

He is lucky the comforter is 13.5 years old. I was thinking about replacing it, but had decided it could wait. $168 for new one! Dumb dog.

Local brick and mortar shopping has taken a severe hit in my area and it is just too far to drive to shop at a place that most likely won't have the item I am looking for. We were just at the Mall yesterday and didn't buy one thing.

We use prime and use subscribe and save a lot. It's not the best deal out there on stuff, but it also cuts down on last minute runs to the store because we're out of toothpaste, and whoops--there went at least $50. Adding batteries to our list of subscribe and save was a life saver. We use reusable batteries as much as we can, but were always running out. I will combine packages when I can, and let it wait on shipping if we're not in a rush.

It's cheaper for me to order the two items I need off of Amazon than let the Hubs go to Home Depot because he will decide he needs a couple of paint brushes just in case he decides to paint something, and oh look what's on sale- let's grab that random thing not on our list..... If I never have to step foot in a Walmart ever again I will die happy.

I canceled the membership (2-12-2019.) I don't spend enough money every month for stuff that I can justify paying that monthly fee.

And now I looked → 67 orders in 2018 v. 70 in 2017. However, the 2018 number does not include the orders I places with Amazon.de (their German branch) where I placed the majority of my Xmas orders.

Wow, I had more than 50 orders in 2018. A lot of that was Christmas though. It sure saved me a lot of time and running around by ordering through Amazon. We watch a lot of tv series and movies with Prime. We love it and plan to keep it.

Sometimes I order 1 or 2 things 2 or 3 times a day. I just order things as they occur to me since I don't have to worry about reaching a certain amount to get free shipping. I know that before I signed up for Prime I ordered some random items (usually something small, fortunately) just to get the total to the free-shipping threshold, so not having to think about that has reduced that kind of purchase.
I have noticed that when I order items at different times throughout the day, they will all arrive together in the same box. Sometimes things ordered a day apart will arrive packaged together.

I almost never shop in brick and mortar stores anymore. A few weeks back, ,went to the mall for the first time in a long time, looking for two specific things. Didn't find either one, and for one of them, I went to three different stores. Total bust, and the mall is about 45 minutes away from us, so a significant waste of gas. As I was going back out to get in my car, I realized I'd like to get a new pillow. I stood there in the parking lot debating if I wanted to go back in to get one, tried to figure out which stores would have them, decided it was too much of an effort, and went home and got one off Amazon. It's a fabulous pillow.
DH uses amazon prime music a LOT. Like 300 songs on his playlist.

Also, there are people at the mall. Yet another reason to favor Amazon.
