wants too....Border security yes....A $25 to $50 Billion dollar wall....No….also majority of Americans not happy with the job the POTUS is doing...many want him gone.. [not sure if it's a majority]… Most of us realized we don't always get what we want...why can't our supreme leader feel that way too.[sigh] =============================== "Trump says he won't sign stopgap funding bill amid border wall showdown: Ryan originally appeared on abcnews.go.com House Speaker Paul Ryan emerged from a last-minute White House meeting Thursday between President Donald Trump and House Republicans to say that the president told them he will refuse to sign a stopgap funding bill as it's currently written -- a measure that would avert a shutdown before a Friday midnight deadline." ============================== www.yahoo.com/news/

I saw on MSN today that one supporter started a Go Fund Me page for the wall.

Somehow I thought I saw 750k, and it is 5 mil. The page has received $750K in donations so far, but $5mil is needed. The supporter did the math and said if everyone who voted for Trump would just donate $80 that it could be done. Eye roll.

Ok, so I was wrong. I read it again and $5bil was needed and they've raised $5mil now. At the time I read it, it was up to $750K. That went fast.

Good! If Mexico isn't going to pay for it, as promised by President Trump, let his voters! Then, maybe they can fund the middle class tax cuts and the beautiful health care law as promised. Oh, and pay off the debt!

What a "nice" Christmas present for all of the government workers who are required to work, without a paycheck, until a new budget is approved. While he leaves town to go play golf. I'd be fine with him taking his marbles & going home if it didn't mess with the lives of so many...

And if it is given to DT personally, where do you think it will end up?

I read the GoFundMe set up by the guy. He's a vet who lost 3 limbs. I can't figure out how he can have so much faith in Trump to protect this country, when the 4 star generals that he served under are resigning because they have absolutely no faith in Trump at all! I wonder if he also thinks Trump is smarter than the generals? I just can't figure out people like him, and those that are donating. Do they not care that trump PROMISED Mexico would pay for the wall?!?!

Kolfage lives in Florida and said this. From the article: "like ones claiming Hillary Clinton was secretly hiding deadly illnesses..." Now where from Florida have we heard that lie before.

That he assaulted women and then shrugged it off. That he made this huge deal out of chain migration and then turned around and got his wife's family citizenship by doing exactly that. That he separated families and treated them inhumanely. That he hasn't made good on a single promise he made during his campaign. I could go on and on, but I think you get the picture.

Have you thought as much about the families who have had loved ones killed at the hands of criminal illegal immigrants? The emptiness and sorrow of not having the lost loved one not gathered with the family? The drugs brought over the border that destroys lives, gang members? The time has come to secure the border and stop those with bad intent, the ones that will never contribute as much as they take. The immigrants that come for a better life, they need to do so in a legal manner, follow the laws as written. This really isn't too much to ask, that they can contribute in positive ways, like so many others that have followed the legal process as required.

Cool! The racists can pay for their own damn wall. No need to shut down the gov’t Can you further explain your racist comment? Only racists want to secure the border? It seems to me criminal illegal immigrants have no boundaries in who they kill or cause harm. I see victims of different ages, races, gender, socio economics, religions. Please explain how any of the victims from every background imaginable, makes securing the border a racist issue. Thank you.

American citizens commit a lot more of those crimes here than illegal immigrants do. The trick to staying here illegally is to fly under the radar and keep your nose clean. And yes, people should be able to immigrate legally. How is a wall going to fix that? Would that money not be better spent on fixing the immigration system instead of building a wall?

Hopefully we have more "citizens" than illegals, so I am not surprised by the fact citizens commit more crimes, even on a percentage basis. When caught, citizens have a higher bar to pay via bond payment, and not being a flight risk because of the financial burden of bail. Illegals just disappear while waiting trial after posting bond. Last paragraph,,,,,evidently you do not understand immigration procedures or do not care. There are procedures in place to come in the country legally.

This really isn't too much to ask, that they can contribute in positive ways, like so many others that have followed the legal process as required. I don't doubt that some criminals do cross the border. But, it seems most of the crime in our country comes from people born & raised here. And, how do you propose we pay for a wall? The president handed a HUGE refund to the very rich, with no plans how to pay for it. And now, we're supposed to pay a huge amount of money for a wall, which, in time, the criminals WILL figure out how to breach. I believe the only people it'll keep out is those who have no intention of doing harm, who just want to get away from whatever is wrong with their country of birth. I do know people who work for the government for a living. None of them are rich. And, I do expect a number of them live from paycheck to paycheck. How long could you work, without getting paid, before you'd start having problems?

We/USA don't even know how many illegal immigrants are in this country, this makes the number game difficult to impossible to come up with a statistic IMO. There are more USA citizens than illegal immigrants that I would agree to. People are able to immigrate legally to the USA, they follow the laws and go through the process. I don't understand your comment that they should be able to immigrate legally, when in fact they can. I assisted my daughter in law every step of the way through the immigration process to obtain a permanent resident green card, social security number and drivers license, its a process that takes time and requires following the rules. Securing the border with a wall is just one component to stop illegal immigration, technology and border agents are needed as well. In addition, fixing and making the immigration system better is also money well spent. Its not a one thing fixes all situation to me, it will be a combination of all that is necessary. The illegals that fly under the radar, are still here illegally and need to go through the process and make it right with our laws. They should not be allowed to stay when so many others are following the process as required to be here legally. Sorry, no passes for the illegals.

Last paragraph,,,,,evidently you do not understand immigration procedures or do not care. There are procedures in place to come in the country legally. You really do need to educate yourself. I've told you this multiple times and can only explain it to you so many times. Do you really think an illegal immigrant isn't a flight risk and would just be let go to await a trail on their own recognizance? No. They are jailed and once they served the time they are deported. They are judged more harshly than any American citizen would ever be. There are procedures in place to come here illegally. That system is beyond broken and needs a complete overhaul, not a wall. DT's supporters tend to be short sighted and racist such as yourself and can't look past the nose on their faces and realize that the system is flawed. Instead they only see black and white and their skewed vision of the world is the only one that can possibly be right. Again, such as yourself.

I am Mexican and am involved heavily in the Hispanic community so I know a lot of Hispanics who are here legally and illegally. Do you know what the illegal ones do? They come here and work jobs you would never do for pay that you would never work for. They live cheap and send money back to their families in their countries of origin. They're hard working people who do a lot of things that a lot of citizens won't do because it's easier to get welfare and live off the government. Illegals don't get that luxury.
