Donald Trump has showered himself in praise after landing back in the U.S. from his summit with Kim Jong Un in Singapore, saying North Korea is no longer a nuclear threat. The president tweeted early Wednesday morning: “Just landed—a long trip, but everybody can now feel much safer than the day I took office. There is no longer a Nuclear Threat from North Korea. Meeting with Kim Jong Un was an interesting and very positive experience. North Korea has great potential for the future! Before taking office people were assuming that we were going to War with North Korea. President Obama said that North Korea was our biggest and most dangerous problem. No longer—sleep well tonight!” Critics have said the document signed by Trump and Kim went no further on denuclearization than previous agreements. www.thedailybeast.com/trump-theres-no-longer-a-nuclear-threat-from-north-koreaNorth Korea issues nuclear threat ahead of high-level talks with US As the United States and North Korea prepare for another round of high-level talks this week, Pyongyang's increasingly heated rhetoric has analysts worried that the stalemate between the two sides could lead to a breakdown in negotiations. An official with North Korea's Foreign Ministry issued a veiled threat Friday, warning that Pyongyang could restart "building up nuclear forces" if the US does not ease the crippling sanctions levied on North Korea. The comments come ahead of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's meeting with his North Korean counterpart, Kim Yong Chol, in New York this week. The piece, carried in North Korea's state-run news agency KCNA, accused Washington of believing the "foolish idea that the DPRK came out to the negotiating table, yielding to the sanctions" and failing to understand that "the improvement of relations and sanctions are incompatible." www.cnn.com/2018/11/05/asia/north-korea-nuclear-talks-intl/index.html

"Hi, This is President Trump. I'm not available right now. I am busy holding political rallies to groups of people who adore me. Please leave your nuclear threat at the beep and I will get back to you when I have a little free time. Thank you. And by the way, no collusion."

The real problem is...that amusing little antidote is probably truer in reality then it should be or something very similar.....possible instead of a answering machine , a staffer w2rites down the message and promises to pass it on to the proper folks.

Holding worship rallies or playing golf - at least he isn't doing more damage (other than to the pocketbooks of the taxpayers)

Hey,what happened to the greatest love story? "He wrote me beautiful letters and we fell in love." North Korea 'really angry' at US as tensions rise Washington (CNN)North Korea is getting increasingly angry at the US, as talks are deadlocked and tensions between the two countries are on the rise, a source familiar with the discussions told CNN. US and foreign sources close to the talks paint a picture that's starkly different from the image President Donald Trump sought to convey Wednesday, when he told reporters the administration is "very happy with how it's going with North Korea. We think it's going fine." www.cnn.com/2018/11/07/politics/north-korea-trump-pompeo-tensions/index.html

North Korea played Trump for a fool, just as we knew it wouldAbout six months ago, attendees at a Trump rally were so giddy about the president’s masterly diplomatic maneuvering in supposedly convincing North Korea to suspend testing of nuclear weapons that they began to chant “Nobel! Nobel!,” taking even President Trump by surprise (though he later claimed that “everyone thinks” he deserved one). Not long after, Trump met with Kim Jong Un and returned to declare that he had achieved what presidents had tried and failed to do for decades: Well, about that … North Korea is moving ahead with its ballistic missile program at 16 hidden bases that have been identified in new commercial satellite images, a network long known to American intelligence agencies but left undiscussed as President Trump claims to have neutralized the North’s nuclear threat.
The satellite images suggest that the North has been engaged in a great deception: It has offered to dismantle a major launching site — a step it began, then halted — while continuing to make improvements at more than a dozen others that would bolster launches of conventional and nuclear warheads.Complete article here: North Korea played Trump for a fool, just as we knew it would
