Only one week, that's shit! Well, a lot can happen in a week. The ABA withdrawing their support without an FBI investigation is significant. If he is confirmed, it will be the first time, in history, that a justice was seated without the recommendation of the ABA. That has never happened before. |

I think they only need two, yes. and I've seen in a number of places that Collins, Murkowski, Donnelly, and one other will all vote the same. well, Donnelly has already indicated he's a no. that's promising.

The VP is the tie breaker. I'm aware of 4 unknowns, 2 GOP and 2 Dems. ETA Collins, Murkowski and Heitcamp are the ones I remember. |

He talks a big game, but he has not voted even one single time against the current GOP. I have no doubt his future career depends on keeping a few friends on the red side of the aisle.
