Anyone else here having delays in getting paperwork by email? I was waiting on some important paperwork, which the sender had sent me immediately, and it took close to 45 minutes to arrive in my inbox. And, this isn't the first time this has happened to me in the last couple of weeks. Your experiences?

Email just isn't safe for sending personal and protected information. In my line of work our email system is highly encrypted but we are still very limited as to what we can send via email and it's monitored. Good old fashioned fax machine works best. Of course, not everyone has access to one anymore but I have yet to have (or hear about) a fax machine getting hacked and information stolen. Knowing this, I refuse to send any personal documents or information via email because you are at the mercy of the encryption and virus software. I'll use FedEx or UPS if need be.

I didn't have problems until after the end of net neutrality. I've had my "computer expert" over, to make sure my own computer isn't part of the problem, but it's not. BTW, I had the paperwork "resent" over to me. The first email arrived shortly after it'd been sent a 2nd time, and the 2nd email took more than 20 minutes to get to me. I suspect my email isn't a "priority" to my internet provider, as this is a private home. Nice.

I don't know but my internet is down several times a day now, I can get back on fairly quickly but this didn't happen in the 5 years I was here.

I think that my internet connection speed on my phone is a lot worse than it was before. I do think it is the net neutrality issue.
they should not be throttling my data because we have 20 gigs in our plan, and we don't ever come close to hitting 20Gigs. When I am at home, my Wifi should take over when my data is lacking...but I constantly am waiting for stuff to load up. My niece said we should change to a business plan b/c she says they don't throttle business plans. I will price them when I shop my plan in another month or two and see how much more they cost.
My Son cancelled his Cable/Internet at his residence and just uses his phone data. Every so often he comes "home" to steal our wifi. But he is still having issues with stuff not loading up that used to load up quickly for him.

The other day, I was trying to view Jetblue’s website. Both my laptop and my iPad, with wifi, told me that I was restricted from viewing the website. I switched my iPad to cellular, and I was able to view Jetblue’s site via cellular data. That was really strange.
