I really hope this article isn't subscriber-locked (subscribers don't see pay-walls...) because it was a good read. if need be, I can put it behind a spoiler. Is stoner food evolving?Boston area chefs discuss some of their menu items and new creations as marijuana becomes legal in more places and the use of CBD oil expands.

Sounds interesting although would a person need to be 21 in order to consume? How much can you eat before getting high?

I think the age is 21 here in MA. but the food isn't edibles, it's the food inspired by the high.

The food looks good but I'd be afraid to try a lot of it, or even be seen at a place that serves the inspired-by version only.
I need to work for a living and I drive a hilo. Our workplace comp insurance requires post-accident drug testing. Unless I follow a very complicated series of steps, in the right order, at the right time, I will lose my job if any amount of THC is found in my system. I may also be on the hook for the medical treatment for myself. It does not matter if I currently have a med card or if recreational marijuana is legalized in my state.
When insurance companies stop being able to deny claims when THC is found, and employers stop firing folks as a result, stoner food may take off.

I think you're missing the point, haapai.... the food does not contain either THC or CBD.

I think you're missing the point, haapai.... the food does not contain either THC or CBD. ...not to mention that they're perfectly ordinary restaurants, frequented by perfectly ordinary people. They just put some food on the menu that might appeal to stoners.

There's a show on Netflix called Cooking On High where the chefs cook with weed.
