And you think he will? Come on, they packed the courts, soon nothing will be held against the trumpster he is their god. after they are done anointing him, count on him shutting down the press and imprisoning political enemies using the PATRIOT Act (which should have been repealed years ago).

Wrong. These cases do not apply to those caught within 100 miles of the border who have been here less than 14 days. Where do you think these parameters came from? Thin air? Cite?

There are special rules for the area within 100 miles of the border, but even then, there are boundaries (which border patrol has been known to overstep). The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects against arbitrary searches and seizures of people and their property, even in this expanded border area. ... You have the right to remain silent or tell the agent that you’ll only answer questions in the presence of an attorne y, no matter your citizenship or immigration status. An immigration officer also cannot search you or your belongings without either “probable cause” or your consent. If an agent asks you if they can search your belongings, you have the right to say no. An immigration officer cannot arrest you without “probable cause.” That means the agent must have facts about you that make it probable that you are committing, or committed, a violation of immigration law or federal law. Your silence alone meets neither of these standards. Nor does your race or ethnicity alone suffice for either probable cause or reasonable suspicion. ... So, “out in the middle of nowhere” the law doesn’t matter? I can tell you this: If I’’m questioned on a bus in tne middle ofnowhete, I will refuse to answer any questions and I will make sure that everyone else is aware they don’t have to either - regardless of their status.

It can't get through the senate YET but the house is going to go after SS, medicare, and Medicaid if they haven't already. We peons are screwed. By simple extrapolation's of your knowledge, by what you post in market talk, why are you claiming to be a peon ?

I am saying that the police lie all the time,, But in the eyes of the authorities,, the words that flow from there mouths is as pure as the wind driven snow.
