Wife is filling out forms for a job, and in the pay rate section, there are several lines, including one for health and welfare fringe benefits. It's like $3 per hour or so. Is this going to be paid to her as well? Or what is this?
Thanks to anybody who can shed some light into this.

No they are showing the benefit package in addition to wages. We compute a cost per employee but often employees don't have a clue what they cost. A married with children person cost us almost as much as a lower income wage. We pay about 1,500 for health insurance for a person who grosses 600 a week. They need to work harder than a single person who only cost about 600 or we are better off with hiring people who are single and childless.
