She's some kind of radio personality/wannabee talk-show host.
As for Kirsty Alley, I can't stand her obvious droollng all over her partner (I heard he tried to pass her off to one of the other dancers before the show even aired). And some of her obscene/bleeped comments while waiting for the scores are so tacky.

As far as her dancing goes, she's getting better as the show goes along, and she claims she's dropped several pounds because of the strenuous rehearsals, so it's not all bad for her. She just needs to tone down her abrasive personality.
