Where does it say that he is a registered Democrat? Or is common knowledge that those that commit fraud are exclusively Democrats and in no way form or shape can they be republicans? I mean, let’s just think about it: we have an individual in the WH that is a MODEL if I may, of honesty and correctness!

Just be warned if you are going to be a racist, bigotted @sshole, that is how you will be remembered. You think you are funny, but to others it is anything but funny.

Where does it say that he is a registered Democrat? Or is common knowledge that those that commit fraud are exclusively Democrats and in no way form or shape can they be republicans? While it's entirely possible he voted Republican (if he voted), demographics and logic suggest otherwise. Demographics:
The article cited Andres Avelino Anduaga as being a "Mexican Man". That doesn't necessarily mean he's Hispanic but that does seem highly likely. www.people-press.org/2016/09/13/2-party-affiliation-among-voters-1992-2016/So demographics suggest slightly greater than 1 in 4 probability he would have voted Republican (if he voted). Logic:
When it comes to fraud in general, no party has the market cornered. However, if the mechanism for fraud is bilking social programs (as it is in this case) who do you suppose this particular variety of cheat would vote for? Someone affiliated with a party which tends to enact new programs and increase funding and benefit rates of existing programs or someone affiliated with a party who has a history of repealing programs and decreasing funding? You can bet your bottom dollar Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling voted Republican. Deregulation is a boon to their variety of fraud. But when it comes to the gentleman in the article, if you still think he might have been a Republican voter I'll gladly take that bet.

I threw this in here wondering how many would condemn the fact he stole money for thirty seven years,
the second part was to poke fun at the early on reports of millions of illegals voting.
Bean29, what is going on with you? if you have a problem with me PM me let's talk about it.

I was concerned when I read that he could get 12 years in prison. I think we have paid enough. Please don't give this 66 year old Mexican with health issues free room/board and medical for what could be the rest of his life. Recoup as much as possible and call it good.

He was a 'Calif resident' .......... what else could he be? actually according to quick google..19.4 million registered voters in the State...Republicans consist of 29% of those...Dems about 49%...then independents but just conservative figure...that is about 6 million at least are Republicans so your seems a bit over done....just saying.
