population...I am suggesting this is not a problem just in Sacramento but probably where ever there is a large population of homeless, which probably is every where...I am thinking these folks are not benefitting with the soaring stock market or the thousands of new jobs reported by our Donald under his administration... These are the problems a modern nation faces everyday...nothing so seriouse to many like nucs in the wrong hands, folks jumping the border to come into the country illegally, but problems never the less. Do I believe our current administration really cares about helping these folks out, making their lives a bit more tolerable.. [notice I didn't say cure the problem...just help a bit...warm shelter, some nourishment, area to releave themselves , clean them selves, their clothes] no...nor his supposedly political party he is supposedly head of....also a no. That's not what they are known for. ================================ "For many of Sacramento’s homeless men and women, the public library is a haven from harsh weather, a primary source for bathroom facilities, a place to rest from the stress of the streets. Sacramento library director Rivkah Sass welcomes them all, she said, as long as their behavior is not disruptive to staff members and other patrons. But as the homeless crisis deepens in the capital city and around the country, libraries increasingly are seeing people with untreated mental illnesses that cause them to act oddly, or put themselves or others in danger." ================================ Read more here: www.sacbee.com/news/local/article197270849.html#storylink=cpy
