The Freeway shooter, That welllll , was not the freeway shooter,,  Served seven months in solitary confinement for something that he did not do.

Here We are going into another year with the Government stalling things,, Why??  I mean the police can arrest someone, prosecutors can find all the proof they need to charge and prosecute

In hours or days,,,, so why does it take years for the government to find themselves at fault??

Yea, police telling lies in an effort to get a confession,,, Reminds me of anther case where police interrogated a suspect for 19 hours straight to get a false confession!

I can tell you right now that he is under 24 hour surveillance , where the police hope they can catch him doing something to help their case,,, Good police work there guys!!

Why we are at it here, Any thing about the policeman murdering the PJ lady??

Like,,, what do you need ,,, You have the dead woman,  you have the police officer that shot her,,, you have the weapon,,, you have the other police officer that was a direct witness,,,
If this was a civilian, they would have been in jail the entire time,,, arrested in minutes!!

The Bundy trial,   Every one wanted the Bundy's to go to jail,,, No if, and's or maybe,,,

So what should happen to the employee's of the Government that broke laws in the pursuit of the Bundy's??

1. Nothing at all,, after all they are government employees, and it was a just a little fuck up.
2. How about a paid vacation you know,, paid administrative leave.
3. Reassignment,, yea, I see that all the time,  let's get them out of here until the coast is clear.
4. Fired,, over what, I mean just because they failed to release 3300 pages of proof to the defendant along other things,, no one died,, weelll,, ok one person died but,, he deserved it. so that doesn't count!
5. Prosecuted??  FOR WHAT?? Doing something almost every prosecutor does,,, Hey, let someone go and effect our conviction record,,, never happen!!
6. Found guilty,,,   Oh man,, Oldcoyote,,, they are going to have you committed over such deranged thoughts
